| Application for Admission |
|
All applicants must submit a completed application to the Clerk's office pursuant to Local Rule 83.3. Completed applications must be mailed to the city where you expect to be sworn in.
Application for Admission to the Bar Pursuant to Local Rule 83.3(c)(1).
Return your completed Application for Admission to the court in the city where
you will attend the swearing in ceremony. Deadlines for applications will be
posted 30 days prior to the Federal Court Practice Seminar in each city.
Late applications will be rejected.
Application for Admission to the Bar Pursuant to Local Rule 83.3(c)(2)~Northern District of Ohio Members.

The Federal Court Practice Seminars are open to all attorneys. Attorneys who are already admitted to practice in the Southern District of Ohio are invited and encouraged to attend. |

- Your Seminar Registration Form and fee is to be returned to the Federal Bar Association representative listed on the Registration Form.
- Your Application for Admission and fee for admission must be sent to the court location where you will attend the swearing in ceremony.

Swearing in of attorneys will take place at the conclusion of the Federal Court Practice Seminars in each of the three cities. You can only be sworn in if your Application for Admission was timely submitted. See FAQ's.
