FOR ATTORNEYS WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN APPROVED TO FILE NEW CASES ELECTRONICALLY
In order to file initiating pleadings (i.e. Complaints, Removals, etc.) electronically, an attorney must be
admitted to the bar of this court and take the On-Line Attorney Case Opening Training (also found under the Training Modules section on this page).
After completing the on-line training, you will be sent, via email, a test case to open. After completing the test case, a request will be sent to the Clerk’s Office to review your test case. If there are no errors, you will receive an email that you have been granted permission to file initiating pleadings through CM/ECF.
If there are errors in your test case, a member of the Clerk’s Office will contact you by phone to assist you with any problems.
If your filing is time sensitive, contact the Clerk’s Office or manually file your case with the Clerk’s Office. |
