Judge Timothy S. Hogan
OFFICE ADDRESS BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH After graduation from law school, Judge Hogan served as an assistant Cincinnati prosecutor until January, 1981 when he was appointed by Governor Rhodes to the Hamilton County Municipal Court. After completing fourteen years on the Municipal Court, Judge Hogan then served for two years on the Common Pleas Court in Cincinnati. In four elections to State Court positions, Judge Hogan received "highly recommended ratings by the Cincinnati Bar Association. Judge Hogan is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and Federal Bar Associations, is former president of the Potter Stewart Inn of Court, and is actively involved with a number of community organizations. He is a former member of the graduate and undergraduate faculty of the University of Cincinnati and has published more than a dozen opinions as an Ohio State Court Trial Judge. In sixteen years on the state bench, Judge Hogan has tried more than three hundred cases. |
