06/15/2009   Important announcement for Cincinnati and Columbus CJA panel attorneys and other attorneys wishing to join the CJA Panels. There is a change in the way the Court will appoint attorneys to the Cincinnati and Columbus CJA panels. Please see the attached announcement (pdf) and application (pdf) form for further details.

06/11/2009   The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio is pleased to announce the names (pdf) of the individuals who have successfully passed the June offering of the Federal Bar Exam.

02/02/2009   Privacy Warning! The Advisory Committee Note accompanying Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2 states, "The clerk is not required to review documents filed with the court for compliance with this rule. The responsibility to redact filings rests with counsel and the party or non-party making the filing." When reviewing documents for electronic filing, be sure to review any attachments and/or exhibits for personal identifiers.
