Students from the Winton Terrace area were welcomed into the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse in Cincinnati.

The students were able to watch a naturalization ceremony and then sit down with U.S. District Judge Michael Barrett. During the ceremony, the students witnessed people from about 20 different countries become citizens of the United States.

They were also able to speak the Court Reporter at the ceremony and learned a little about her job and responsibilities.

After the ceremony, the students and the Judge spoke about their life goals and what it takes to become a judge.
