Coronavirus Announcement

Masks are optional in public areas of the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse in Cincinnati, the Walter H. Rice Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Dayton and the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse in Columbus.

 Judicial Officers and Court Unit Executives may implement additional safety protocols, including requiring masks, in their respective offices, chambers, and courtrooms.
