ELECTRONICALLY REQUESTING A CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING

To electronically request a Certificate of Good Standing, please perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the court's CM/ECF website and click on "Civil"
  2. Click on "Certificate of Good Standing," which is found on the menu under "Miscellaneous"
  3. When prompted enter your name and bar number
  4. Enter your credit card information for payment of the applicable processing fee.

 

After verifying attorney status, the Clerk's Office will send the completed certificate to the attorney's email address registered in CM/ECF.
