From late Friday, October 18, 2019, through the afternoon of Sunday, October 20, 2019, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio’s Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) was affected by national service disruptions which resulted in attorneys not being able to file or access CM/ECF documents. These issues have now been resolved.
