Pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, § 753, the transcript rates will increase effective October 1, 2024

Pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, § 753, and consistent with the action of the Judicial Conference at its September 2022 session, transcript rates will increase, per page for civil and criminal cases, effective October 1, 2024.  The new rates can be accessed here.
