A number of amendments to the Local Civil and Criminal Rules for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio have been proposed to and approved by the Judges of the Court.  A red-lined version showing amendments to the Rules is available for review by following this link:  (RED-LINED RULES).  The amendments will be effective January 1, 2020.
